No I have not faced bad customer experience, But if so then I wouldn't try to get smart with them I just would try to prevent the situation to escalating into that matter and if it does I would just grab the boss.
Question 6
Physically I feel good working at the coffee shop because its helping me stay in the mind of really working and keeps me from being lazy. My attitude always stays the same no matter what.
Question 5
It has been a time when I ended up giving a customer back change that was incorrect. I then fixed the situation by telling the customer to recount it and I us a calculator to situate the problem. Next time I will just add it up with the register or the calculator.
Week 4 question
Sure I have had my peers come along and ask for free items. The way I handle the situation is simple I tell them if you don't have any money don't come up here because you now that you are going to be tempted to steal or ask for something free. The only thing I may give away is a cup of ice because its free!
Week 3 question
If the business is a little slow at the coffee shop then you can always apply your self to knock out the rest of the work. Cleaning up the mess if made by your shift or the last, always keep the products stocked up, and make sure the products with the expiration date close always be sold first.
Week 2 question
When handling customers you always want to greet them and ask what can you help them with. I have had customers tell me that I'm such a sweet heart and ask why don't you have an tip cup because of my wonderful service.
Question 1
Working at Jittery Joe's is not my first j0b experience. I worked at Popeye's for a time and also did my own little business with cutting lawns. I bring hard work and always trying to clean up after myself to this coffee shop and being in own time.
